根据中国教育部规定，所有来华学习六个月以上留学人员均须办理 “在华留学人员综合保险”。我校外国留学生均办理学校集体投保的综合保险（江苏平安保险），包括意外伤害医疗保险，住院医疗保险，残疾保险和身故保险等。为了保障留学生的保险利益，请保存好所有相关的文件、收据、证明等。
申请保险理陪时必须提供详细材料,详细材料如下：护照复印件、病历复印件、银行卡正反面复印件、发票/住院收费收据、出院小结/住院记录(住院用)、用药清单（住院用）、银行开具的开户证明或者存取款小凭条（保险公司赔款使用的帐号）另：如属意外保险需要加上意外证明。

According to the regulations of Ministry of Education, all foreign students studying in China longer than six months MUST have Comprehensive Insurance. Overseas Students must have comprehensive insurance, which includes accident medical insurance, hospitalization expenses, accident deformity, death insurance, etc. When making a medical insurance claim, students shall provide complete documents.
The following documents must be provided when you apply for an insurance claim: a copy of your passport, a copy of your medical record, a copy of the front and back of your bank card, invoices/receipts for hospitalization charges, discharge summary/hospitalization records (for hospitalization), a list of medications (for hospitalization), a bank account opening certificate or a small voucher (the account number used by the insurance company for payment), and, in the case of accident insurance, a certificate of accident.
