一、培养目标Training Objectives

培养掌握现代酒店管理基础理论、专门知识和专业技能,具有国际视野、管理能力、服务意识、创新精神,能够从事与酒店业相关的经营管理、咨询策划、教育培训等工作的中高级应用型专业人才。

To cultivate and master the basic theory, professional knowledge and professional skills of modern hotel management, have an international vision, management ability, service awareness, innovative spirit, and be able to engage in business management, consulting, planning, education and training related to the hotel industry talent.

 

二、主干课程Main courses

酒店客户管理、前厅客房运营管理、餐饮运营管理、酒店会计基础、酒店人力资源管理、酒店营销等   

Customer Relationship Management in Hotel, Management of lobby and Housekeeping Operations, Management of Food and beverage Operations, Accounting-basics in Hotel, Human Resources Management in Hotel, Hotel Marketing, etc.                    

 

三、就业去向Employment destination

国际著名品牌酒店、新型住宿业、高级餐饮业及其他现代服务业

International famous brand hotels, new accommodation industry, high-end catering industry and other modern service industries

 

四、学分和毕业条件Credits and Graduation Requirement

    学生需修满150学分,通过汉语水平三级考试后,方可获得由我校发放的酒店管理专业管理学学士学位。

All students must acquire at least 150 credits and pass HSK 3 before applying for the Bachelor Degree of Management in Hotel Management, awarded by Nanjing Xiaozhuang University.
